Program Expert (Field Operations)
I worked as the Program Expert for The Indus Hospital tuberculosis program which provided me experience in both the public and private sector with key emphasis on monitoring & evaluation, administrativly, related to HR and conduct trainings for the program for all the 12 PMDT Sites of Sindh and Baluchistan.
Manager - Field & Operations
Responsible for overall activities of the program, related to administration & HR, M&E, and Field Operations, I was also involuved on the process of Procurement to established the Sehatmand Zindagi Centers in Karachi.
A wave-3 project funded by the TB REACH and UNITAID Stop TB Partnership on active tuberculosis case finding in 3 major towns of Karachi.
Research Associates
Responsible for overall activities of the program, related to administration & HR, M&E, and Field Operations, A TB Research, Wave-1 project funded by the TB REACH and Stop TB Partnership.
Supervise field team of Community Health Workers (CHW) of Korangi & Landhi.
• Responsible for TB case detection and their treatment.
• Responsible for Asset Management, (Like Phones, Tablets, Vehicles, Log books etc)
• Responsible for making incentives for the Field staff and transaction through Easypaisa to their mobile accounts.

Water Management Supervisor/Sub Engineer
Worked under the World Bank and Asian Bank-funded program named "National Progam for Improvement of Watercourses (NPIW) for the lining of watercourses to save the irrigation water.
Providing Overall leadership at Town Level, Team Management, Social Mobilization among Farmers, Formation of Water Course Associations, Supervision Of Documentation, Survey, Design, Cost Estimation, Start And Completion of Watercourse Lining, Supervision of funds transfer to Water Course Association (WCA) Accounts. Submitting Weekly Progress Reports, Account Supervision Of WCA's Bank Accounts.
To Conduct Farmer Training, for adopting Water Conservation Techniques.hundreds of Water User Associations trained in Samaro Town, District Umrkot, and their watercourses were rehabilitated under NPIW Project.
